My name is M.Kandan, a Ph.D., in Management from FMS, Delhi. Have over 20 years of experience in training, consulting, e-learning, software, customer service, BPO etc. Currently working as Vice President at SQL Star, and head the e-learning division of the company. Before joining SQL Star I was Delivery Head at ICUS, a Singapore based custom e-learning solution company. Prior to this,I was Head of Technology and Development at First E-Learning Quest, an e-learning software development company co-founded by me; General Manager with Hero Mindmine, a premier IT Enabled Services Training Company in India, under the banner of Hero - a member of the USD1200Mn Hero Group.   NIIT, Hero MindMine, NIEPA are some of the names I feel privileged to be associated with. I executed projects in the areas of ITES training, e-learning systems, corporate virtual university, and SW products such as Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), speech recognition based call center simulator, web based assessments engines etc. Some of my achievements have been establishing NetVarsity and Hero MindMine where I played leadership roles.
